Delvers' Gazette Launch

FBI offers foreign language T&T

Geoffrey Sears says "Hah Harr!"

"Come ye delvers to the remote town of New Haven if you have the stomach for it. There be a penny of copper in it for ye, if you can only survive the trip"

A new low level Tunnels and Trolls campaign is starting for those who are interested. To play go to tnt.bizhost.com and read the FAQ. Play can start as early as Monday 4/12/1999.

New Pictures from Dan Mattos

The amazingly productive Dan Mattos has placed a selection of his T&T based character art on a web page for us to admire.

If (when) T&T6 gets into production I guess we won't be short of illustrations to complement those of Danforth and Crompton.

Dan's art can be found at:

Delvers' Gazette Launch

This is the first issue of Delvers' Gazette, a sister site to The Castle of Otranto, that will carry news and features for the T&T enthusiast.

Now is an especially exciting time to be launching a T&T e-zine because of the rapid developments with T&T6 (A.K.A. T&T2000 or the 6th. edition of the Tunnels and Trolls rules). There'll be ongoing reports about the project here along with commentaries from Ken St. Andre (T&T's progenitor) and people like Mike Demetro (the mastermind behind the push for T&T6).

The news section will be updated as often as news reaches me, so email me at giles.dg@otranto.demon.co.uk.

Along with the news page there are quarterly features. This issue we have fiction from Dan Mattos, a follow up to Sorceror's Apprentice's Queries and Quandaries hosted by Jack Spencer Jr., a GM adventure full of neat stuff from Giles Williams, and an examination of Bards and Minstrels by Shawn Moore, plus a short word from the Troll God - Ken St. Andre.

You can also download the features section to print or read offline.

Delvers' Gazette uses the radical new technologies of "Frames" and "JavaScript" <heh>. So if you can't read this, sorry! Don't worry too much though, there is a plain text version available here (although it's not as pretty!).

FOREIGN LANGUAGE BOOKS

Flying Buffalo Inc. have a limited number of Foreign Language editions of T&T, Citybooks, and Traps Books (20 of each book) available exclusively to their email customers.

Rick Loomis says "As part of the licensing deal, we had the franchisees send us 20 copies of the book for our amusement... We are unlikely to get more of these, so if you are interested, order now!"

The following are $20 each:
